Premium payments are processed monthly on the 1st of the month.
Invoices are automatically created and found in the “Invoices” feature. You have 7 days to settle your balance and use the link provided in our email or you can pay directly from the app.
Premium payments are dependent on the value of your parcel shipment, you can find an easy to use calculator on the Offcourse App to help you identify your coverage.
