What steps should I take in case of loss or damage during transit?

We do most of the work for you!

If a parcel is lost, our automatic process will generate a loss claim for you already. If not, for any reason, you can go to the claims page in the app to create a manual claim.

If a parcel is damaged, you need to create a manual claim which just takes a few moments on your app. We will need a photograph of the damage so we can assess the validity of the claim.
