Claims can be processed as quickly as 72 hours.
If a parcel is lost, our automatic process will generate a loss claim for you. Items are automatically deemed as "pending" lost after 5 days and "confirmed" lost after a further 5-day audit period. We monitor whether any further data on the item's location arises - at this point in time the insurance would be processed. If, for any reason, a claim isn't automatically created, you can go to the claims page in the app to create a manual claim.
If a parcel is damaged, you also create a manual claim. What we will need is a photograph of the damage so we can assess the validity of the claim.
