How do I make a loss claim?

Anansi uses tracking data and data gathered from 3rd parties to automatically identify claims for losses through the Anansi platform. 

We track your items on our platform, and they are automatically deemed as "pending" lost after 5 days and "confirmed" lost after a further 5-day audit period during which we monitor whether any further data on the location of the item arises - at this point in time the insurance would payout for the full loss.

For any reason should you need to, you can also make a manual loss claim on the app directly.
